Can I cancel my order?

We work to ship orders as quickly as possible. For this reason, we cannot guarantee that we will be able to cancel your order after it has been placed.

If you need to cancel your order please email us as soon as possible (within 3 working days of placing your order) at [email protected] and we will do our best to cancel your order.

Can I opt out of my subscription?

To cancel, email your receipt to [email protected]. Cancelled subscriptions will take effect after the next issue has been shipped and therefore refunds will be pro-rata.

For example, if you cancel between Issue 2 and Issue 3, you will still be sent and charged for Issue 3, but refunded for Issue 4 and any subsequent copies.

Do you ship internationally?

Yes, we do. When you add a product to your cart you will be able to enter your country and postcode. This will automatically add your shipping cost. If you cannot find your country, please get in touch at [email protected].

How much is postage?

This depends on your order and where you are based in the world. You will find this information in the cart, or at checkout.

Please be aware that for subscriptions, the shipping is calculated to include every issue in your subscription.

When will I receive my order?

This will vary depending on the item you have purchased as we work with different partners. Despatch details for our shipping service is shown at the bottom of each product page.

We send all issues through Royal Mail and airmail post, estimated delivery time after despatch is as follows:
United Kingdom: 3-4 working days*
Europe: 5-8 working days
Rest of the world: 8-15 working days

Claims in respect of back issues that have never been received will only be accepted within 3 months of despatch.

*Please note that Royal Mail and DHL are currently experiencing some delays due to the self-isolation of staff, and deliveries may take 5-10 working days.

Not at the moment, however the Champions Journal is delivered within its own branded wrap box.

What should I do if my order never arrived?

What methods of payment do you accept?

At the moment we accept debit and credit card, American Express, Mastercard, as well as Paypal.

Is it safe to put my card details into Champions Journal?

Yes, we have worked really hard to ensure all our customers and visitors' security. Payment processing is done through foxycart.com which is a PCI Compliant Level 1 Service Provider, and is listed on both Visa and MasterCard's global registries. You can also read more on the PCI Security Standards Council here.

A quick way for you to check if your connection to our site is secure is to look for the padlock at the beginning of the URL bar.

Can I buy a poster without buying a journal?

Unfortunately not at this point.

Yes, you can purchase a single issue here for £10 (excl. shipping)

Can I return my item?

Of course. Please return the item within 15 days after it has been delivered, and we will issue a full refund for the cost of the item if it is in its original condition.

We can only refund shipping costs if the return is a result of our error or defective goods.

Which issues are included in the subscription?

You will be receiving 4 issues, starting with the latest issue onward, and will not include any back issues.

For example, if you purchase a subscription while issue 10 is out, you will be getting issue 10, 11, 12 and 13.

What is CJ+ and CJ Premium?

Standard and Premium subscribers to the print version of Champions Journal have access to online content and competitions that are not available to regular users.

CJ+ includes additional content and competitions, and can be accessed by both Standard and Premium subscribers.

CJ Premium is only for Premium subscribers and offers access to our most exclusive competitions and events (when available).

I entered your survey, but still have not receive my complementary pad and pen

Firstly, thank you for completing our survey! Your free Champions Journal pad and pen are delayed due to Covid-19 restrictions in the UK. As we are in a national lockdown, and are all working from home, we are unable to package and ship your free pad and pen at this time.

As soon as restrictions lift, we will ensure your package is sent to you as quickly as possible.

Do I need to pay import and customs costs?

Purchases made from outside of United Kingdom can result in import costs and taxes, which are levied once the product reaches its designated country. The potential extra costs resulting from customs clearance are to be paid by the recipient of the goods. Customs regulations and charges vary from country to country.

Champions Journal does not have any control over these costs and is unable to give any details or refunds on them. For further information, please contact your local customs authorities.
