Additional Content

Bayern München

You choose: either believe Robert Lewandowski’s assertion that you’ll be able to do a clapping push-up if you train for three weeks or try out some football Zumba with Phonzie – otherwise known as Alphonso Davies. Bayern have got loads of fitness content on their social channels, which include a few guest appearances from past legends.

Toni Kroos

Start on Toni Kroos’ Instagram page and take on his daily challenges; he makes them look easy, then you’ll try and hate him for making them look easy. As a reward when you’re done/have given up, watch (and don’t repeat) freestyle skier and parkour protagonist Andri Ragettli’s insane home routine on Real’s page.

#WePlayStrong

UEFA’s women’s football initiative is putting up home-fitness tutorials on its YouTube channel. The likes of Arsenal’s Lisa Evans, FFC Frankfurt’s Laura Feiersinger and FC Köln’s Eunice Beckmann are all taking part. There’s all sorts of other good stuff there too so check out the whole lot (after your workout, obviously).

Napoli

The Azzurri have enlisted their fitness staff to video routines that suit all levels of vigour. Even if you don’t join in, just marvel at a) the flexibility of greying coach Bruno Dominici and b) the setting for his workout, which seems to lend itself more to antipasti and vino.

Liv Cooke

The freestyler (and star of issue 3) is teaching the world how to try out her tricks. Her explanations and demonstrations are great but you’ll mostly work up a sweat through sheer frustration at not being able to replicate them.
